I'd like you all to meet Valerie Waters who is a celebrity trainer, and a really, really nice person. She's been so kind and helpful to me online, that you all just have to meet her. Valerie has a clientele list that reads like People magazine including the likes of Jennifer Garner, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, Benicio Del Toro, and a whole lot more.
